Default is this h22 head ok to use for FI look damage?

ok guys i have this h22 head and i was wonderin if its ok to use on my built block would there any detonation problems or what not ? look at the area where you see the dent around the edge of the circle on the number 3 cylinder .

Check if its level.

Is that from something (a piston) hitting it, or just a bad casting?

its level its got back form the machine shop they said its ok to use i just wanted to make sure yea that was a piston hiting it

if the edge is sharp, dremel it down a lil' so there's no hot spots
