Why would you charge more to fix something that is wrong with the vehicle that is required to pass emissions in most states? That makes no sense at all. Besides, being part of the emissions system, it should still be under warranty. The reason why is since it is required by the EPA, it must work properly. If defective, the EPA will pay for repairs if the vehicle is under 8 years old or less than 80k miles. Not many people know about this, so take it to Honda and have them fix it properly and don't jack up the price because repairs should cost nothing. Even if you don't live in an emissions state, it is still under warranty.

I understand where you are coming from, but I have the price of the car $1400 under book value because of the minor flaws and once it's fixed it's going to go up the by the price of what i fixed it at. That should also be understandable. It's not like I am charging more than book value and then adding more money to have the parts fixed. I was offering a cheaper price for someone that wants it now instead of me fixing it. That being said, the o2 is ordered and it should be fixed this week.
Thanks for the bump and Honda does not cover o2 sensors. The only time they cover them is when the catalytic converter fails and the o2 sensors are seized in it. How do I know this? Because I called 2 different hondas and got the same answer
