Default chipping ecu does trans matter?

i just bought a clutch and a p75 ecu chipped for a b20 with a b16 trans, the company sellin me the stuff just said they dont have any b16 left but they have a gsr, was wondering if the clutch i bought would work on the gsr and does the ecu matter if i use b16 or gsr?

if the ecu is chipped for a b20 and thats what you have under the hood then you are fine.

the trans and the ecu have nada to do with each other.
