Un-divided Turbo Manifold with a Divided housing turbo??

I am trying to get a hold of a ram horn. But the thing is the one im lookin at doenst have a divided flange. But the Holset turbo is a divided house, would this hurt it? or will it be ok
i have a divided housing t4/t67 on an inline pro log manifold. the manifold is not divided and my car spools/makes power just fine
it will be fine with out a divided manifold i have never ran one and most of the turbos i have had was a divided housing ..

I'm not talking about just slapping on a flange, I'm talking about making a manifold with a divided collector and flange.
A divided housing on an undivided manifold won't loose any noticable power over an undivided housing, given the same AR, as long as you knive-edge the divider. However, a fully divided manifold can usually help decrease spool time by 500-1000 rpm, AND make more power - given the same AR size. The key in power is there is better scavenging, as you don't get adjacent cylinders' exhaust pulses pushing exhaust back into another cylinder during the overlap period.
Cliffs: no losses, but you have lots to gain if you get a divided manifold. It would spool like a smaller housing, and make power like a larger unit.
I don't consider it being pointless if you can improve the overall setup. Really should depend on his overall setup and goals.

Just a little bit more info about a divided setup - its more resistant to reversion-related detonation. I've seen people pay for more and get less for other parts (ex. 90mm throttle body) when compairing cost-vs-benifit of a divided manifold.
Sorry, I meant YOU had a good point, I just didn't quote/clairify well. You you were right regardless of it being just a flange or the whole manifold.

wow thanks for the responses guys! This is the first time people have actually been helpful, usually people act like no it all's. I'm still learning and will admit. I will run this for now until i can get my hands on a divided manifiold!
