HELP!JDM D15B Problem
hey i have a 1991 Civic SI with a stock JDM D15b obd1 with a P28 ecu only has bout 70,000 miles, it was running great until like a month ago it would start idle for like a minute then shut off then once i try to restart it, it wont start so i thought it was a fuel problem and replaced the
Spark plugs
Distributor cap/wires
Fuel pressure regulator
Main relay and i cleaned the IACV and its still doing it!! im not sure what do now?!?!also its weird every time i turn on my lights or anything my rpms will drop like a whole line wtf! please help! thanks
