Default Brakes For Honda Odyssey

Hai Di Hoh;

Sorry for bugging you guys but I have a problem finding the right brakes for a Honda Odyssey 2004 EX 6 Cylinder 3.6 L.

Since I live in Germany and it is an american car I cannot really find any help on my issue at the dealers here (don't live in a big city) . . .

Although what confused me was that I can buy brake sets with chims or without . . . do I need them? :/

Is there maybe please the possibilty you could give me a hand on what I need to order for that car?! Would really appreciate it since I'm quite lost at the moment!

In advance: Thank you very much for your time!

Cheers

Steven

Honda part number 45022-S0X-A00. Comes with any shims you will need in the box.

Hey hoh;

Thank you very much; I'll see if I can get them here; If not I'll order them in the states. One more question though . . . if I search for those brakes it just brings up the pads, not the discs . . . is there no discs?! :/ Sorry; Am a newbie . . .

Cheers mate!

Steven

45022-S0X-A00 is just the front pad set. You don't necessarily have to replace the rotors with the pads; rotors only need to be replaced if they are at or below the minimum specified thickness. If they have a shimmy/pulsation or if they are excessively corroded, they can usually be resurfaced if you don't want to replace them.

If you need rotors, the part number for a single front rotor is 45251-S0X-000.

Rear brake pad set is part number 43022-S0X-A01, and rear rotor part number is 42510-S0X-A00.

If you wanted to save some money by using Brembo replacement rotors instead of Honda OEM, the Brembo front rotor part number is 25548 and the rear part number is 25833.
