i am having the hardest time finding an answer to this. on the d16a6 cam gear, what is the tooth count of it. same goes for a d16y7. im trying to figure something out and i need the two. can someone help me. i did a search here, but nothing came up. even the power of google didnt help me....

 

all SOHC D-series cam gears have 38 teeth

 

that doesnt make sense. why are the 88-95 cam gears smaller than the 96+ then from aem? thats what im trying to solve.

 

how do you get that they are smaller? - the 88-95 have a different center hub from the 96-99 due to the camshaft keyway location, but they all use the same outer ring with 38 teeth

 

ok wierd....then the two game gears must be for different motors. a d and b.......thanks

 

B-series gears only have 34 teeth
