Looks really clean. Why don't you just go chase the owner? You would make a better deal. Anyways good luck on the sell. Really good price. This should go fast.

Yeah i really felt like doing that but i belive in karma and i just dont want to waste my time dealing with worthless people. im just going to take my losses and move on with this.
