CTR Intake and Exhaust Cams Question??

CTR Intake and Exhaust Cams Question??
well been trying to look up info on CTR cams on a B16a. Been readying good things on them, but wanted to know if it's nessesary to buy the Exhaust Cam of will I be fine with the Intake Cam? not planing to go past 8000 RPM
I checked out the Lift for both B16a and B16b cams specially the Exhaust, it doesnt seem to be matching up.Why is everyone or some people say it's identical to the B16a Exhaust?
Also, some people say it's ok to run the B16a with a CTR intake cam only????? COnfusseddd
