Default CEL 43 Fuel supply system

Well I was driving along and the CEL came on so I checked it and got this code 43 Fuel supply system. Car is a 1994 Honda Civic EX d16z6. Now the CEL will only come on once every few drives then when the car is shut off and turned back on there is no CEL. The car idles fine and is still getting good gas mileage. The oxygen sensor was replaced about a year ago and I still have the box and receipt, also fuel pump was replaced 20k miles ago. So fellow Honda-Techers how should I go about fixing this problem? New oxygen sensor? New fuel filter? Or does anyone else have any other suggestions? Thanks.

I've been trying to fix my CEL 43 problem for 5 years. I think it's a lost cause.
