Default 95 Accord EX with H22 turbo - Car won't start

This is what I have: 95 Accord EX; JDM - H22: ARP head studs Cometic gasket; compression dropped; Moroso Oil pan; AEM fuel rail, 680cc injctrs & pressure regulator; 255 pump; T3/T4 turbonetics kit. 5spd stage3 clutch, light flywheel. Hondata S300.

I've finished the hardware setup and install but I'm having problem getting car started and thought you might be able to help out. It is a prelude motor with prelude wire motor harness plugged into Accord sub harness going to the ECU. I’m using S300 Hondata ECU P28 for Reference. I’ve attached a picture spreadsheet for the PIN outs to the ECU for the 3 cars to see what is different and needs to be changed…

We first installed the Accord ECU into the car and we had spark and fuel pressure but of course it wouldn’t fire the motor being that I have over double the injector size and we tried to lower fuel pressure also just to see if it would start but no go…. The S300 wouldn’t give the car fuel pressure when plugged in and a custom map for the motor loaded… We tried about 6 different maps to see if that was the issue and it wasn’t; then we thought it was the ECU so we tried it in my Del Sol and another 92 accord with H22 motor and it ran both with no problems….so we think it is a wiring issue….

What do you guys think?
