Default Problems with car starting.

My car has been having problems starting when it's cold this past week. When I turn the key to start the car it will crank but only start if I give it gas. After it starts it then idles erratically up and down until the car has been running long enough to warm up then it calms down. When I take off down the road the car will stutter and shake if I take my foot off of the gas while at cruising speed. I checked the ecu and it's flashing a code 14, but I already cleaned the iacv. It was suggested to me to change the temperature coolant sensor or thermosensor because this can cause similar symptoms. I was also thinking about swapping the iacv with a different one or checking the vacuum hoses to see if anything needs to be changed. Do you guys have any suggestions/ideas?? Thanks for the help.
