Dom is correct. Each high beam and low beam has a ground. What you do is splice the grounds and connect them together and then connect left low beam right high beam. Your gonna convert 4 wires into 3.

 

H4 bulbs are done....need to line up the hood and rad support now...thanks for the info

 

still not done i was done in 2 hours removing and installing new front good luck

 

I remember looking my ef-9 lights.. there is only one bulb? correct me if I am wrong.. but how do you use the usdm wires to run a dual filliment h4 bulb in the jdm lights.. sorry to sound ignorant.. I have wired my old 97 accord with the dual fillament h4, and h1 bulbs....

I took one wire from each low and high beams of the stock headlights and matched the color to the H4 plug...used one ground wire and taped the remaining one and it works perfectly. Dont know if its just a coincidence but my H4 plug has the exact same color combo wires as my usdm plugs. red/blue stripes, red/white stripes and black/red stripes for ground.

 

you have to remember now, with those headlights they dont really support regular H4 bulbs, its less brighter and dull. You woul dhave to purchase H4H or H4C bulbs from japan or from a store that carrries them.

H4C is a high density output bulb. Not quite the HID but much brighter than your conventional H4. Its also a dual filament.

 

with the bulbs, dont they shine to the left, unlike USDM headlights that shine to the right?

how is the light pattern for the JDM font end. Does it put good light on the road?

sounds good, because these projectors i have now, light the road up like ***. And i really dont feel like purchacing a HID kit to fix the problem. Even with PIAA superwhites its not that great.

well they are sorta aimed right when i orderd the kit. Dumbass me fogot the mention that i have a 91 so they sent me the 88-89 housings. I did what i could by trading out the housing. fromr my stock 90-91's onto the new projectors. They kinda work but they shoot crosseyed

 

my jdm headlights shoot pretty striaght and bright.. i dunno **stalking**
