my cousin's car(98 ls) got stolen about 3 months ago and they just now found it two days ago. all was taken from the car was the steering wheel, ignition, cluster, ecu, dizzy, spark plug wire, alternator, intake, and this thing that goes into the fire wall above the fuel filter witch i can't figure out what it is. can anyone tell what goes there cause i'm trying to buy all the parts that is needed for the car.

i found out what goes there. its the vin number on the fire wall. the people that stole the cut out. thanks for trying to help guys.
