Perhaps for your Accord, but most Civic/Integra GC's run shorter rear springs than front.

Sure you can swap them even if they're not the same length. But you could possibly have issues with one end not going low enough or high enough due to the different spring height.

Yes they can be swapped.

Whether or not it is actually a good idea to swap them is another story. It depends on the free length and rate. You can determine these specs via the part number printed on the spring.

If you use springs that are inadequate for the application, you will run into problems.
