These wheels are brand new. they have been mounted on a car once just for fitment reasons. comes with tires. there 195/45 15s. here are the specs BBS RS 15x7 45 offset 4x114.3 for accords or 96 type r conversion. for those with VWs interested ive priced out spacers when my buddy was considering them for is 16v they run about $280. if somone with a civic wants them i will be willing to give away my 96 type r conversion for free. 8mm brake life front and rear so you wont have to worry about that for a while. if anyone has any questions on them or whats the serial number off the wheel, caps and covers PM and let me know other two are in boxes at the time when i took the pictures.
