Im nnew to the import scene and i keep on hearing people taking about vtech and wene it hits in how do u know????

Vtech is a phone...it sounds like any phone..it rings..you pick it up and answer it..

it's a loud high pitch screaming rice-like sound that kicks in at about 5500 rpm's

sounds like vrooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom (0-5500rpm) then VROOOOOOOM! (for about a second until it hits redline - 5500-6800rpm)

this is on a honda civic 00 ex

people..it's RPM

it's ALWAYS JUST 'RPM'....never 'rpms'

and vtec is highly over rated. especially you people thinking it's cool cuz it sounds dope or something.

try unpluging your phone for 45 seconds, then pluging it back in, then make abunch of calls, it will reset the phones ecm for more aggresive calling maps.

hes new he dont know.. so dont flame on him just cuz he's new! but anyways dude its vtec not vtech... vtech is a phone company... but anyways again.....
my friend chris (JDMChris on h-tech) describes vtec the best ive ever heard it. i accually laughed my *** off the first time i heard him say it... but it kidna sounds like meeeeeeeeeee...[engine hits vtec point]...GAHHHHHHHHHHH... at least thats what my d16z6 sounds like in my del sol but then again i have a GSR tb.. and an integra intake and thats what it sounds like when my car hits 4700RPM... mmmeeeeeeeeee....GAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

that VTECH phone is phat yo, nothing speed dials faster its like beep beep beep beepbeepbeepbeep lol

but vtec on a twin cam sounds like brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. On a SOHC you cant here it that well
