Default no power to ecu, no power at fuse 18

was tuning my car today and part of the engine harness had fallen down and rubbed on the alternator causing a short with 4 wires.
2 of the wires were for IACV
the other 2 were a solid black and a black with yellow stripe

I have since repaired the wires but am getting no power at the ecu.
with ignition on fuse 12 has power (ecu fuse) but 18 doesn't (backup ecu fuse)
I also checked the ground at the thermostat housing and it appears to have a good connection when tested with test light.

Iv also tested my main relay in a known running car and it works, as well as throw that cars main relay in my car...

with ignition on there is no fuel pump sound. I checked the fuel pump wires and there is no power going to them

I don't really know where to go from here.... Im really stumped, I just finished building my motor and I really want to get it tuned but now I have to deal with this first
all help will be greatly appreciated

the wires... black and black with a yellow stripe.. those are to a plug that you really need to make sure is plugged up in the right places... that is what sends fuel and fire mixture.. run up those 2 wires and see what you find....

It ended up being the agc fuse or what ever that is. its the 15amp one right above the fuse puller.
