Has anyone tried to swap the 07-08 front caliper to 03-06. I know 07 front caliper is a dual piston while 03-06 are single piston. I have a 00 civic with a dual piston 95 Legend front calipers swapped without any complex modification. Anyone knows it may work the same as the MDX?

 

It should work, the hub flange is the same IIRC.

 

sooooo... would this work on an '02 odyssey as well? mines about due for some front brakes

 

02 odyssey has a different hub bracket.

 

01-02 are single piston, the 03-06 mdx are dual piston, same as 05 ody, 07 crv and rdx. The 07 mdx caliper is larger but If I rembember the same bolt spacing. The 01-02 has a different caliper bolt which I think is smaller than 03-09 dual pistons. You will probably need to drill out the spindle.
