Default what to do??? i need help H-T.

hey, everyone. it's sad that everytime that i switch out my old plugs for new ones i always tend to use anti-seize to prevent any possible problems. and just last week, when i was about done replacing all the plugs in, cylinder #1 somehow was hard to screw in and i did use anti-seize and so did all the previous plugs that i installed. and the problem is what do i do when it's my first motor that i bought and it's a jdm type r motor. do i take the head off and take it to a machine shop or do i just get a b16 head and port poslish it? thanks.

my bad. what i was trying to explain is that my #1 cylinder is stripped, so i forced screwing in the spark plug. and it doesn't sit all the way in, my wire sits about 1mm above where its suppose to sit. and it's a full jdm type r motor. is there proffesional ways to fix this problem. helicoil came up while i was researching i don't know if it's something that will make me feel better. i'm not bragging but i did spend alot of money for this swap. i don't know if there was too much corroted anti-seize that were still in the cylinder threads or what not.

yes they are called helicoil's, its better for you to yank the head off so shavings dont get into the cylinder.

look here

or look up helicoils.

advanced auto sells a plug adapter. i used one on my sisters accord. its designed to grab the threads and screw itself in, it will stop turning when its in far enough. then just put the spark plug in it itself. i think it sells for like 5 bucks or so, a cheap fix when you need it.

coat a tap in grease and chase the threads, you might be able to save it.
