**** for 700 my buddy sold his CRX shell. If you have money to put into it id say go for it.

Id offer him lower on it though considering the fender and cancer

Read the rules, this thread breaks rules 4, 5 and 7.

4. "What should I sell my CRX/Civic for?" or "How much is my CRX/Civic worth?" or "Is this a good deal/price?" "What would these parts be worth?"

5. "Which one is better EF or X car" or "EF> X car". Should I trade/sell/buy Car X for Car Y. "Would you buy this car?".

7. Threads with no technical information.

*sigh*
*reported*

I would pay no more than 500 for that si.. even if it has a clean interior. The body damages are going to add up, unless you plan on doing it yourself. And if the engine is dead, that will need to get replaced/reconditioned and that costs $$ + Labor costs. Have you checked for underbody and chassis damages? Any leaks from sunroof/windows? Good luck
