They'll fit.

My friend's DC2 had 15x7 +35, which is close to your size, on 205/50/15 and the fitment was great.

You can't conclude from that that they'll fit. Between the 11 mm deeper offset and the extra 6.4 mm of width on either side of the hub, that's almost 3/4" LESS clearance around the inside lip of the wheel. And the difference in offset means almost 1/2" less clearance around the tread of the tire, towards the car. Maybe they will still clear without rubbing, but maybe they won't.

Just because you think something is "close to your size" doesn't mean it's necessarily close enough to fit.

Ok, then I revise my answer to: It'll probably fit if you roll your fenders.

yes they will fit. that is very close to the stock size and offset of the JDM 16in wheels.

not to thread jack, but does anyone know if 16x8 with 42mm offset will fit on the ITR while still being pretty low?

Yeah, they will fit. But I say with that run some of those old school wheels like MR-5 or R N R Mugen.

I don't know, but it's an extra inch in width, AND with the higher offset number it's "pushed in" towards the car, so you'll have less room to clear suspension components, etc.

I think it's a bad idea for another reason. On an ITR, you can use either 205/45-16 or 215/45-16 tires. About 80-90 percent of the tires available in those sizes come in 205/45 and not 215/45 (with the Azenis being a notable exception). However, 205/45-16 should NOT be mounted on 16x8 wheels, only on 16x7, so with 16x8 you're ruling out most of the tires you might otherwise use.

All in all, I recommend against it...
