Rosko Racing IACV Relocation Kit (Install and Feedback)
I had contacted Rosko this pass summer for one of his Euro R intake manifolds with EGR block off and IAT and his new IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) Relocation Kit.
My issue was being a swap I needed additional clearance from the firewall. Since the IACV is located on the back of the manifold on the Euro R unlike the reg. H22A manifold. Well his kit worked out perfect for me. I relocated the IACV under the intake manifold with the factory prevision studs and it gave me the necessary clearance I needed. I was very happy to say the least. Now talk about his work he does on the manifold. It's top notch and the parts he uses are straight blingin. Very fair priced I might add.
He also port matched my Throttle Body opening to 68mm Performance Product TB which they fit just like OEM and are similar far as castings and that TPS spacing which we all know on most throttle bodies are spaced way out which sucks for swaps. Not the case with PP just like OEM spacing!
The IACV Relocation Kit I would assume would possibly be needed for the 4th Gens/Civic's and Integras. Definetly the EF chassis! Or just for a cleaner look and relocating.
I spent a lot of time this pass summer with this kit daily driving and on the track. No issues at all!
Just for reference the Euro R intake manifold is about 1/2" shorter then the regular H22A manifold
Great Product! Great Service!
