Default Autopage alarm systems kick ***

I just got the RS-750 and it rocks, got it for 197 shipped off ebay (thats a good low end avg. price for them off ebay) and its so nice, installation was really easy, great manuals. Remote start, all the features you could want and the range of the transmitter is awsome too, at the movies i can get my signal from anywhere around the 20 screen building. thats nice.
Just incase anyone is thinking of spending 300 on a nice viper alarm with half the features, think again, autopage is the best.

a alarm is a alarm....even if you have the best alarm money could buy....if people wanted to steal your car...they could....ive seen some crazy stuff.....i saw some guy's integ that got his system(amps, subs) stolen in a pretty populated area while he was watchin a movie....they cut his bumper to pull the hood latch to pop the hood then you know what happend from there

But if that were my car, i'd have been paged when they touched the car. And the car wouldnt start and they wouldnt be able to figure out why, they'd need to trace wires or pull the ECU panel to hotwire it. To get the subs out they'd need to unmount them and to get to the Amps they'd need a fast electric screwdriver and they'd need to move that fat sub enclosure because the amps are in the spare tire area.
And by the time any ONE of those procedures was in progress. I'd already be out there and its in my hands from there. Thats why i dont worry about my car (unless i dont have pager signal)

search ebay for AUTOPAGE, their listings have good pictures, the remote is cool.

And yea you can tow my car but i can also trace where it goes. skyspy.
(i'm ready for theft, i feel that its a waste to put money into a car if its easily stealable and a huge target.) Someday someone will try it and i'll let you all know if my system works.

I'm shopping for an alarm and this one looks pretty good. It has all the features I think I want. ( I know nothing about security systems). What would a place charge to install a system like this?

I'm still debating between CompuStar and Autopage. I heard Autopage had a bad rep before but now they're getting much better.
