Fuel mileage for a 4cyl 6G Accord?
I've had my Accord for 2 1/2 weeks now and my dad and I were figuring out my fuel economy. We figured out I got 34MPG on both tanks of gas (city driving). What do you guys get? I have magazines that show the Accord at 25/32, so we were a little baffled, usually you get worse mileage than what is reported in magazines/publications. Not that I'm complaining or anything...

LOL, thats the thing. I don't drive super easy. I'm 19, I would say I drive it atleast moderately hard...I don't understand...I don't use my A/C though...?

sure you calculated right? That means you're getting ~476 miles per tank? (14 gallons x 34)
I only get around ~350 miles/tank for highway driving and ~280 for city.

i get 30-32 mpg which is 90% highway driving, avg speed 75, usually no AC but with the windows open.
don't calculate based on tank volume, calculate based on what you put in as read from the pump.

We do calculate based on what I put into the car. Maybe he screwed up with his coversions (everything up here is kms and litres) I guess I average 375miles per tank
