IS THAT THE ONE I GET (SPEEDO HEALER ) JUST MAKING SURE YOU KNOW
AND SINCE THE CLUSTER IS SO TALL SHOULD I GET A 90 -91 CIVIC CLUSTER COVER?

Just get the Speedohealer V4 with the universal harness (Universal (New Version 4) (SH-V4 + SH-U01) and you will be good to go.
