did a b20 swap on 89 crx,replaced whole wiring harness with obd0 si harness now i cant get it start.fuel system and ignition system had been check and seems to be working.

 

What codes are you throwing if any?

you have... spark, fuel, compression?

any sputtering or just nothing?

 

i havent install my dash yet yes i have spark,fuel and comp.

 

??? what do you mean you havent installed your dash? was your car originally an si?

all grounds good the car use to be ef.it will crank but it wont start.

 

K why did you replace the harness.

 

the old engine is carburator and im planning on going b20 vtec later.

 

Did you replace the entire interior harness to because if you didn't your still missing a few wires.

 

ummmm. an 89 CRX should not have had a Carb. if it did you have problems.

All CRX's are Ef's 88-91

The SI and DX harness are difrent and will not plu and play

If you had something besides an SI you need to read how to do a MPFI swap in the FAQ section.

 

i replaced the whole wiring harness all the way to the ecu and dash.

 

worth a shot see if itll run on carb cleaner...if you have spark and fuel its got to start. make sure you removed the resistor box correctly, cuz if not your injectors wont fire-
