ok so, my starter went on my JDM civic, (b16a). and apparently.. i need a vtec starter?.. aand i cant find one aaanywhere, and im told is about $300 to rebuild it.
do you guys know what other starter might work, or where to find one?

 

any b series starter should work, grab one for a da.

 

vtec should have nothting to do with a starter.. correct?. thats the first time ive heard of that.

 

^ He is correct, i just put a starter from an ls on my ls vtec, works fine
