TL Hids /// retrofit?
Heres a pic of the TL setup

I was told I'd need a relay harness, but not sure where to get one besides egay.
Anything else I should need to get these to plug into my OEM del sol head lights?
Also, I'm going to be fitting s2k projects into some egay housings, what all would I need to get the TL lights to work with that?

what the crap is all of this?? Misleading/incorrect info abounding in this thread!!
This "bi-xenon" kit you're talking about will not work with a factory OEM HID projector. S2000 projectors are single-xenon projectors for use with OEM D2S bulbs. You will have to do something else for high beams, if you want to use S2K projectors.
The best bet for cars that originally had dual-filament bulbs is to use an actual bi-xenon HID projector. These use a single D2S bulb, but have a movable shield to let light shine higher than would normally be blocked by the cutoff shield.
Even if you could somehow fit that PnP kit's bulb into the S2K projector, it wouldn't have the correct alignment at all. Not to mention there would still be a cutoff shield in there when the solenoid moves the bulb position, so you still wouldn't have any sort of usable high beam light.
Check out the forums on www.hidplanet.com for all the info you could possibly need.

1. S2K are Single Xenon. Which means no highbeam
2. DelSol run an H4 bulb which is high and low.. You will need to get a Bi-Xenon H4 HID Kit or do a Bi-Xenon Projector retrofit.
If you do a Bi-Xenon projector retrofit. you will need a D2S bulb and ballasts. If you already have an aftermarket kit. You can get an AMP to D2S connector that will allow you to fit your ballasts and D2S bulbs
You will also need a H4 BI-Xenon harness

Typically you would use use OEM components with an OEM HID projector retrofit. With the connector Caveman mentioned, you would still need OEM D2S bulbs (not rebased bulbs that come with PnP kits). Then I guess you could use the cheap@$$ ballasts that come with those kits, but I wouldn't expect them to last very long.
And of course you would need the harness/relays that would keep the ballasts on when you switch to high beam on a bi-xenon projector, since Civics normally turn off power to the low beams when the high beams are switched on.
But please please please, whatever you do, if you do an HID projector retrofit, use 4300K bulbs. You'll already get a color flicker at the cutoff band with the HID projectors, so higher-kelvin colored HID bulbs are really pointless.
I hate on people that put colored HID bulbs in their stock HID projectors even more so than I do the PnP HID kits, just because it's soooo pointless.

Yeah I know about the 4300, wasn't planning on getting anything crazy.
I just can't see **** at night with my OEM Del Sol lights.
And I apoligize for asking alot of idiot questions, i'm just very new to HIDs / retrofits.
I've sourced out a TL HID setup, would that be something more appropriate to run with untill I can get some s2k projectors?

Is there any reason on why you need S2K projectors? If I was you, get the TL projectors and swap the lens out with clear. They will provide very close results the the S2K.
I have S2K and im not to impressed with them. My SC430 were brighter and wider

I use to have those same ballasts. If you are going to use the S2K, then it looks like you have the bulbs and ballasts there. All you need to do is find a connector to splice into the ballast and hook them up to your stock headlight connector.
okay cool.
and to run them in my OEM lamps while I'm working on my retrofit what all would i need?
the relay harness, and some kind of d2r to h4 converter?

i know some ebay projector housing kits come with a nice Wiring harness with H4 connector already. my old school denji housings came with a H4 Relay harness. worked out very nice.

than this (SC430):

And S2K's are even better than the TSX's. From what I've seen, S2000 projectors are 2nd only to the LS430 projector w/ auxiliary reflector bowl in terms of illumination and beam pattern width.
Are you referring to the current generation TL with bi-xenon projectors? Those are arguably the best bi-xenon projector on the market, with low beam pattern similar to the S2K.
I find that hard to believe. I'd rather have this (TSX):

I had SC430 with clear lens in my 06' before I got the S2k setup I have now.
SC430 are crisper and wider than S2K. S2k dip on the ends.. while SC keep going 7-8 lanes wide. TSX is a good projector for the money.. I have made many of retros with them. RX330 is not a bad setup with clear lens swap.
The current gen TL Bi-Xenon with clear lens swap is the best Bi-Xenon out there hands down.
