spring rates
I am thinking about getting ZEAL B6 coilovers and they offer 2 spring rates: STREET (559.81 lb/ 335.28 lb) and HARD (671.77 lb/ 447.81 lb). Is the HARD setting too stiff for daily street driving? Would this stiff setup compromise safety on the freeway (w/ road irregularities) at high speeds (80mph +) ?
One more question... I have a Suspension Tech. 19mm rear sway bar, and right now my spring rates are pretty low so the sway bars have a pretty profound impact on the car's overall performance in turns. However, if I upgrade to a much stiffer setup, will this necessitate a larger diameter sway bar to reap any benefits?

For a 94 Integra? Those springrates are counter to traditional front drive "high performance shituation" setups.
Those also sound very expensive. You could probably save a bunch with Koni Yellows and spring rates of your choice.

Usually the FD rule of thumb is higher rates in the back like 450F/600R.

Read the 7-page thread from couple weeks ago. It explains how each setup affects weight transfer and benefits/tradeoffs from each setup.
Naturally there is no panacea. Every time I've seen the subject come up the FD consensus is for stiffening up the rear more than the front be it by spring rates or anti roll bars.
i think the race setup has _too_ much front spring in relation to rear spring. if you could get the front spring rate with about 500lbs/in rear spring rates, then you're in business. i personally do not like the high rear spring rate, even though that is the the "traditional" setup for fwd. keep in mind, that setup came about 20 years ago and hasn't changed much since.

Spend some time and read it carefully. It got quite a bit confusing but things started to come together towards the end.
