FS/FT in Missouri: 1998 Integra LS 4 door. Fresh engine.
Car located in Mid Missouri. I'm willing to meet half way or KC or St Louis (whichever is closer for me; if you live in KC or STL, you can meet me half way)
Interested in trading or selling my 98 Integra. Bought it and the engine had low compression on cylinder 4. (90 psi whereas every other one had 190) due to rings being stuck in the pistons. Below, I'll post exactly what has been done to the engine (it's redone now and runs perfect). Car is dark blue with grey/black interior. Bone stock.
Outside:
LS Webs (stock for this car)
Dark blue
2 small dents (one the size of a ping pong ball and the other an up and down dent like someone opened the door into a round pole. Both can be fixed by PDR)
Front bumper cover has a hole in it by the passenger headlights (shown in pics)
Car has never been in an accident that required the replacement of a body panel (except bumper but it's not been replaced yet) All VIN stickers are still present on hood, fenders, doors, rear trunk lid, rear bumper, etc; this proves the car has never had a panel replaced...
Inside:
Grey/black cloth interior in very good shape. No tears; just normal wear and I think ONE tiny cigarette burn. Inside is a 9 out of 10
All stock again. OEM tweeters in doors, OEM CD player, OEM floor mats.
Suspension:
Low mile GSR shocks (about 18,000 miles on shocks)
Low mile 99-00 Civic Si springs (makes it a tiny bit lower than stock but not much.)
With these shocks/springs, the car rides like a stock car but handles pretty well.
Engine/Trans:
New rings
New OEM Honda bearings
New oil pan gasket
New head gasket
New intake gasket
New exhaust manifold gasket
New camshaft seal
New valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals
Head just gone through at machine shop (cleaned up, lightly surfaced head, valve job, new valve stem seals, guides checked)
Everything above has right at 60 miles on it since the engine was freshened up. Engine runs perfect and there is no smoke (have to say this since I see a LOT of people redo these engines and they smoke because they cut a corner somewhere...)
Timing belt, water pump, and tensioner were all replaced at 185,000 miles.
Trans:
Was told by previous owner that clutch/master cylinder/slave cylinder were all replaced at 165,000 miles.
Drives and shifts the way it should.
Body of car has 238,XXX miles on it. Engine currently has 60 miles (yes, sixty miles), trans is original but clutch, MC, and SC have been replaced. Mechanically, this car is pretty much perfect. Body wise, replace the front bumper and PDR a few spots and the outside would be super nice. Inside will be quickly detailed by me so it will be very nice. NO RUST at all on the car. I drive it every day.
Asking 4500 obo or may consider trades for 96-00 Civic hatch or 4 door. No cars with body kits or other irreversible modifications. If it has a body kit and you have everything to put it back to stock, maybe. I DO NOT want any cars that have been wrecked hard and fixed. No cars in primer and no cars not original color.
