These rims were bought brand new about 2 years ago and sat in storage for a year. They maybe have 2000 miles on them if that(my car doesn't run that often). They are painted a dark midnight blue and have a chrome lip. The paint is starting to chip around the bolt holes. They have some general tires on them, size is 195/50/15. They still have about 90% of the tread left.
