For Trade 2 classics: '65 MBZ 220sb AKA the "Heckflosse" & '81 MBZ 240d
Feeling the need to consolidate vehicles and looking for something new to tinker around with. That and I'm going back to my Honda roots this time around.
Up for trade are my two MBZ cars. The first is the 1965 220sb and the second is my 1982 240d. I'm looking to trade for a New Formula Red S2000 AP1 or AP2, but am perhaps open to other trades as well.
1965 220sb AKA the "Heckflosse"
- Manual transmission
- OG matching wheel covers with new tires
- White paint
- The fintails!
- Stacked headlights
- Blue interior
- 6 cylinder
- Rebuilt OEM factory carbs
- OG woodgrain
Car runs fine and smooth the way it is now, but it can definitely use a full restoration
Everything on the car works and it's no doubt a good cruiser.
If you guys really want to stand out in the old school or 'rare' collector type game, then this is one of the cars to get. The car could be a lot worth more than what I'm actually asking as time passes on.
$5900

Matching ivory steering wheel and shift ****!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
1981 240d
- Reliable daily driver
- LOW 130k miles (barely broken in!)
- 4 speed automatic
- Palomino (tan) leather interior
- Beige (cream white) exterior with color matched hubcaps
- Added new tint
- Recent maintenance done
- VERY reliable daily commuter
- Averages about 30 mpg!
- Will even throw in my new set of Vogtland performance lowering springs. This was a limited production run for the 240d (W123 chassis) cars.
- Ready to be converted to run on veggie oil!
- These cars are well known to run up to 500k miles before rebuilding.
