Hey i was wonder if the b16 piston would fit the d16 since there both 1.6 liter?

 

D series is a 75 mm bore b series is a 81mm bore

 

So it can't be done. thanks

 

its a pretty far gap, i have a few b16a pistons lying around and a d16 block if you want to see it.

you would have to bore the **** out of the d16 block. sure its possible with a new sleeve + deck posts, probably not it will be a thin sleeve.
