Default 1995 Honda civic lower control arm bolt threads stuck on bolt advice!

I have a 1995 Honda Civic LX I purchased two new lower control arms. It is the whole control arm even the part that goes into the rear rubber bushing. The passenger side went in ok. On the drivers side there are thre 19mm bolt that hold the rubber bushing bracket that the control arm goes into. When loosening one of the bolts it broke the treads out of the body, so i cant loosen or tighten the bolt now. Here is a link for the pic

The one bolt without the silver on it is the one that wont tighten or loosen. The other two are tight. Should I worry about it?? Thanks in advance!

Are you using an impact wrench? I would try to get it tight soon.
