Does anyone have experience on installing Type R DC5 Brembo kit?

I brought a set from ebay. Do I need to replace any OEM part?

It came with brakes calipers & rotors

Did it come with the front sway bar? The stock rear should work fine but the front one has different mounting points. It can be bought new on the net if you need it. Also the wheels for the DC5R are different to allow for the Brembos. They are +60 offset. So the wheels you have will most likely not work. The rotors are hard to find in the US and can be quite pricey. But I have been told the pads are the same model as the Nissan 350Z with the track package.

yeah you should be able to just get wheel spacer I believe? But damn those brembo's are sick. I'm so jealous of the type-r options we never get.

nice lower control arms, anyways what the specs on the rear, their not brembo to are they? they look the same as our stock c/r.

Im not sure about the +60 offset...

I think It sould be fine cuz its on 18" X 8

i mounted a aftermarket brembo big brake set
but i think its not the same like the dc5 brembos...

nevertheless i needed new rims because the calipers are soooo wide

From the pictures it looks like you have everything you will need except the JDM axles, as they are slightly longer than RSX ones. I have seen people do the swap without the JDM axles though, it might reduce the life of your axles though.

JDM rear brakes are nearly the same as USDM ones except the main part of the caliper, the part painted red, is aluminium so the calipers are lighter. Obviously the hubs and rotors are different too due to the different track width of the JDM suspension.
