clown you? yeah....I guess i did describe you perfectly

Yeah, I guess I am "clowning" you because of:

1) you ask a question you could easily look up yourself.
2) its funny to see you react with "******* homo" and **** this **** that. grow up.

(and before any of you wise guys out there post something like "both of you STFU and grow up!" i'm leaving this conversation as is not wasting any more time talking this this guy. )

No need to put a type R motor in a crx, big waste of money. Go with a b16 best bang for the buck (ls vtec is cheep swap too). The type R head is the same as the b16 just has different internals. You can get a built b16 (motor/trani /ecu harness) that has more power than a type R motor for half the price. If you blow a b16 its much cheeper to replace. It also has a good trani, not as good as the type R, but lucky for you ats makes a final drive for b16's too.

slowassR:

I agree w/ that, but i am getting this motor very chep..extremely cheap, probably for less than a b16. I am thinking about buying it and either using it for the crx or actually selling it for a profit. I asked this question in the itr forum, because most of us have ITR's and are actually "level-headed" you can say about the price of a motor, as to opposed to a ricer.

The swap comes with everything except the axles. he wants 1800 for the swap. This junk yard imports cars from japan, and is totally legit, it is run by a 65+ year old japanese man. I have been going there for well over 2 years, and we have basically formed a friendship together. I go there for everything first, and see if he can get it. He gives me the stuff for what he gets it for, so basically he doesnt make a penny off of me.
