I am in the Portland area and looking to purchase an stock or slightly modified hatchback or coupe.

Color is not a big deal
Interior wise just ask that its at least a 7/10 or better.
Millage would like it to be under 140,xxx origional miles
Clean titles only
Prefer a CX, DX, or an SI
Only 5-speed
