I have 06 s2000 rails and seat pans for free pick-up only.

I have Si front seats with no rails or pans. So if you have another model civic you could just swap the pans and have Si seats. The seats have no rips or tears but are slightly worn. Make an offer.

I am willing to let the rears go for the right price.

I am NOT willing to ship but will drive up to an hour for seats...

I will trade for the Si interior +/- cash depending on what you have.

Yeah I need the dark interior (type K). I'm really only looking for a mint door panel because I am **** about my car. My door panel just has minor damage to the top towards the tweeter pod.

You don't need the rails or pans. You will just have to take your EK seats apart and swap over the hardware. I will let the fronts and rears go for $250. That is a great deal considering with a good cleaning these seats could easily be 8.5/10. No rips or tears. If you buy the seats I can walk you through everything you need to do to put them in your car. Check what other people are selling the seats for and you will see it is a good deal.
