has anyone taken out their stock radio?

did you notice where or how the lights are connected to the buttons?

all the lights on my gfs radio dont work. its weird. everything else in her car.

im talking about the lights inside the car. everything works. the doors. the ac. the doom. everything BUT the radio buttons.

only the light for the alarm and the eject light work.


would i be able to get back there and try to rewire the lights to another spot to get them to work? or is it coming from the radio itself? might be really hard to do then >.>

 

the lights are on a board. might not be connected.

 

what do you mean a board? you mean.. a computer looking board thing? so they got no wires and are soldered? .. .. can anyone confirm this?..

is it part of the radio or separate? .. any idea if i can get it somewhere?..

 

has anyone taken off their stock and would be willing to sell that part?

I took my stock radio off what part exactly is the one u need???

i dont know if that will work.. its an EX.. the top buttons are different locations..
