hi im new to honda tech but not to wrenchin on cars. recently ive acquired a 91 civic hatch std that has been converted to mpfi and dohc ZC. my friend has a 97 integra that i might be gettin as part of a trade for a truck. i would just fix up the integra but it has alot of body damage that i really dont feel like messing with. also a b18 civic sounds fun. what would i need to swap this motor and tranny in? ive searched but all i can find is bits and pieces i would like to know a full parts list for swappin in a obd2 b18 into a 91 civic hatch.

 

-the engine itself
-cable transmission (otherwise you need a hydro conversion to use the newer trans, and a b18a cable vss)
-DA axles
-DA integra manual trans intermediate shaft
-PR4 obd0 ecu
-obd0 distributor
-obd0 injectors
-DA throttle cable
-shift linkages
-Motor mounts
-90-93 integra drivers side engine post mount (part that bolts to the block)
-90-93 integra rear transmission bracket, must be from a manual

You also could run it obd1 with a p75 ecu, obd1 diz, obd1 injectors, deleted resistor box, and an obd0-obd1 ecu jumper with subharness for 4 wire o2, and purge control solenoid valve.

do all those DA parts have to be DA or can i use DC parts?

 

they have to be from a da. only thing you could use from a 94-01 would be the passenger side axle. generally people say just to use da for both axles which is just fine, however the passenger axle can be from a dc. abs or non-abs, manual or auto, all of them work.

 

so what would you guys suggest? keepin everything on the integra and fixing it up or taking as many parts off that can be used to help the ef chassis and sell the rest?
