first off it my buddys car

94 ls B18b

just got all the head work done, valve seals, latches adjusted, 3 angle valve job, port and polish.
while it was off we did the head gasket, and most of the rest of the gaskets on the top end.
got everything back on today, torqued to correct specs, timed it, ect..... all the little stuff

it will crank all day long but it wont fire to save its life

it has spark, all the way to the plugs
has fuel, correct pressure, can smell it on the plugs, so it is getting all the way to the piston
it sounds like it has compression, you can hear it
we have checked the timing, double checked, and triple checked
its right
we even tried to put the dizzy on 180 out, but still nothing.....


does anyone have any ideas on what to check next....
weve checked all the sensors and they are all in the right spot, and i dont think its the ecu since were getting fuel and spark

my first instinct was the timing but its all right


ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS??????

check the coil in the distrubtor i just had the same problem
