Default 93, erratic blower operation, What do you think?

Yea, so all of sudden, my fan stopped blowing the other day. Well, I discovered that it didn't totally stop. It has power, fuse is good, and resistor pack is good. You can stop the spinning of the motor with your hand, so I think the problem is the motor itself. I was a little frustrated today and kicked it and it started working for a moment then stopped. I just wanted to get other opinions before I wasted my time and money changing the motor. I appreciate all opinions.

x2 - very important this time of the year too. You need the a/c, heat and the blower to keep the windshield clear. Break out the tools
