FS is an OEM 1999 Civic Si drivers side headlight with the housing blacked out. These were taken apart and put back together by me. The headlights have a few scratches on them (pictured). When I was putting in a lightbulb, I must have broken the latch on the headlight that holds the bulb and now it will not lock the bulb in tightly, however all you have to do is replace the metal clip inside (pictured) or I'm sure it can be rigged so the bulb will stay in place.
