Default What do you all think of this header?

I'm planning to go see it in person on monday, some guy is selling it locally here where I live and he said it's a Prospeed header made by someone who manufactures AN-R headers and it's supposed to have a 2.5 inch collector as well, I currently have a side exit header but I know it will be loud as hell so I thought of selling it to buy this one, what do you guys think?

offer 350. Looks like a decent header. Can't see the welds too much because of the pictures color. Check for flange depths (1/4 inch or more in thickness atleast) and check the welds. If they look good and are welded though than I'd try it out.

I had a Prospeed header, and it rusted through within 2 years on one of the runners, a large hole about 2 inches wide, looked like super low gauge metal. The Prospeed guys wouldn't back up their product at all. Not only that but the fitment is extremely tight. So, no don't buy it lol

I thought prospeed made good headers, what is the peak whp that this header usually produces?

Randy was a part of an-r. And if im not mistaken they changed to a thicker 16 gauge,But have since gone out of business. And as for power peak shouldnt be your goal and I dont belive these produced all that well. Find the official h22 header thread theres a an-r thread in there.

prospeed is the same as anr. anr stood for like andy n randy or something like that. I think Randy started making them for prospeed after a falling out happened with ANR. I could be wrong though

Good power or not, the header crapped out on me. If they did upgrade to a higher grade steel though you better check on that before you buy the header. Inspect it closely yourself
