Default b-series crx crank pulley

This is my second b crx. I had an lsvtec and now an ls. I didn't seem to have this problem with my old crx and it was pretty low, actually lower, but the crank pulley is scraping the front radius bar when the suspension is compressed. What is a solution to this? Different mounts? Different crank pulley? Is this a common problem with the b series crx's? I am not running a/c or p/s so is there a crank pulley available with those pulleys deleted?

Thanks in advance

i saw something somewhere where you mount the traction arm on he bottom of the mount on the a arm instead of the top.

CTR n1 pulley runs only the alternator IIRC very small and light too.

It gets mixed reviews b/c it doesn't have a harmonic dampener in it though.

I had to bolt my radius rods underneath my lower control arms to clear my h2b crank pulley.

ya ive got an n1 pulley and no prob had a b16 and a gsr both in my crx although ive got an aftermarket crossmember, but as far as the pulley goes this is an oem honda part and will not hurt your crank, or throw it off balance.. as the other brands that offer aluminum ones will not properly balance the motor

i bought the ctr n1 pulley to correct this exact issue. you can either go that route or if it'd make you feel safer, take your stock pulley to a machine shop and have them machine off the a/c and p/s ribs, that way you can retain the internal damper.

did this cause any difference in the driving? or your alignment? I might have to do this if I'm too cheap to buy the CTR n1 pulley. What do they usually run for?

i had the same problem and it ended up just being the pulley. it was a 00 ls motor so i swapped the pulley with a old DA pulley and didnt have any problems.

the best thing i have found is spend some money on good mounts or get an aftermarket pulley. It will not affect anything.
