Here it goes im about to install the Koni/Ground Control coilovers with tophats. question is would i need to use the OEM bumpstops and cut them in half, i know its a dumb questoin, but a friend of mine informed me that i didnt need to use the bumpstops if i have tophats. Any help greatly appreciated.

When you received your Ground Control hats did they supply bump stops?

 

the top hats should of came with new bumpstops

 

no they didnt. so i have to go out and order some right?

 

You don't need bumpstops. Just put the Konis on the highest stiffness if you're going slammed and you'll be fine.

email gc, i had same type of problem they forgot the stops, so they sent me some for free. gl what spring rates you get?

 

i cant keep waiting on the bumpstops so im just gonna order the OEM and cut in half. Im gonna run Koni with Ground Control 500f and 550r
