Cars heater stays on after the ignition is turned off and key is removed.

ignition replaced

under dash fuse box replaced

when the relay in the under hood fuse box is removed the heater then cuts off. When the fuse and the relay for the heater motor is removed from under the dash it remains on.

heater will stay on unless

it is turn off by relay or all buttons on climate control are unselected.


I have searched for this issue and nothing. None of the results helped me in any way.
