Default Scan tool on my ED7?

I'm having some issues with my car idling ridiculously low and I can't figure it out, adjusting the idle with the IACV isn't doing ****. I suck in more air like I should but idle stays exactly the same. I have an obd2 B18B with a obd1 pr4, can I hook up a scan tool to see what my crank sensor is telling my ECU? I have a feeling it's sending the wrong info and that's why I idle so low, stall when I let off the throttle in reverse and stall when I brake moderately hard to a stop. Thanks

No you cannot hook up a scan tool unless you have a diagnostic port installed. And the only way you would have installed would be if you did a full obd2 conversion and I'm going to assume that you didn't do that because it's a very difficult thing to do.

Thanks, I guess I'll have to find some other way to resolve my idling issues
