1st Gen CRX--was there a 1500HF made?
I know there was a 1500DX and Si obviously, but was there ever a 12v or 8v 1500 motor in an HF chassis? I can't find documentation on it anywhere and someone told me that they did exist.

Yes there was a 1500 12V HF produced. According to the Chilton manual all Hfs were 1500 12V. It was made only in 85 and 87 the 85 used the EW1 engine and the 87 used the D15A2 i hope this info helps u out

I'm pretty sure I've seen a few 1300HFs in my time. They even had a plastic valve cover to save weight.
Anyone else verify this 1500 HF for sure?

Yes there was, it started in 1985 a 8 valve 1.5 liter engine. The year after Honda also added Fuel Injection
